Payment Policy:

• At the time of making a reservation credit card details are required to secure the booking.

• A valid credit card must be provided at check-in to cover any charges that may be made to the room, as well as any possible damages resulting from misuse or carelessness.

  If paying by cash, the full accommodation charges plus a $300 security bond will be required at check-in.

  Please note that in some cases, a $300 authorization hold may be placed on your credit card at check-in. This hold will be released after checkout, provided no additional charges or damages are incurred.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, these must be in writing. 14 days notice is required for School/Public Holidays. If the booking is cancelled within this time frame, a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will be charged. This fee will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.

General Policies:

• Persons 18 years of age or younger may not occupy a room on their own unless accompanied by parents or a legal guardian.
• NO pets are permitted on the property.
• For the comfort of all our guests we are a smoke and vape free complex.  Smoking and vaping is permitted on the street.
